Our baking mix packaging boxes are made from food-grade folding carton board, providing a rigid outer package around the inner flour or powder pouch. The carton gives brands a larger printable surface for product information while adding structure during transportation and retail display.
Every box is manufactured according to the product rather than selected from a standard size. We customize the dimensions, board thickness, carton structure, opening style, and artwork according to the pouch size, filling weight, packing method, and shelf requirements.
Common structures include reverse tuck end, straight tuck end, seal end, and auto-lock bottom cartons. For heavier baking mix packs, the structure can be reinforced to improve stacking and handling performance.
CMYK and Pantone printing are available for accurate brand reproduction. Finishing options include matte or gloss lamination, soft-touch coating, spot UV, embossing, and foil stamping. Window cut-outs can also be added when the product or inner pouch needs to be visible.
The carton provides ample space for ingredients, nutrition facts, preparation instructions, serving suggestions, barcodes, certifications, and branding, making it suitable for both supermarket retail and private label baking products.
